Become a Contestant
Are you between the ages of 17 to 23? Are you of good moral character, athletic, talented, focused on academic achievement, and aware of your personal presentation? Would you like the opportunity to earn scholarship money, make new friends, improve your personal presentation and learn interview skills? If so, you should be a Miss Clark County contestant!
The Miss Clark County program has been developed to encourage positive achievement by helping nurture and build the scholastic achievement, creative accomplishment, healthy living and community involvement in Clark County’s youth.
Participating in this program allows you the opportunity to become the next Miss Clark County or Miss Greater Vancouver! As a titleholder, you will gain entry to Miss Washington. Should you win the title of Miss Washington, you will proceed to Las Vegas, NV where you will compete for the title of Miss America. Most young women return to Clark County to be an ambassador for your community, while promoting your personal community service platform and the Miss Clark County Scholarship Organization.
Am I Eligible?
- Contestants must be at least 17 years old and high school graduate (or GED) by June of 2013. Contestants must be no older than 24 on December 31, 2013.
- Contestants must never have been married, pregnant or have adopted a child.
- Contestants must have either a permanent address in Clark County, be a full-time student in Clark County, or work full-time in Clark County.
